If anything is going to lure you into wanting to take on the 100 km Ultra-Trail Cape Town race – it’s this video which reveals the stunning landscape and seascape as runners take on the mountain and trails in one of “the world’s most recognisable monuments”.

And if you’re not into running the ultra-trail 100 km distance, there is the 65 km mountain-trail…and the (perhaps more appealing!) 20 km urban-trail.

Comrades 2015 winner Gift Kelehe, as well as participants from over 26 different nationalities, have already signed up. The race is on Saturday 3 October. See you there?
