Don explained that “in 1995 I was sitting in a little turquoise room in the middle of India feeling very emotional…the Springboks had just won the Rugby World Cup…it was so much more then a sport’s victory for South Africa, it was the symbolic unification of a nation.
“I have been inspired to create this #warcry (represented by the image of Nelson Mandela in his Springbok rugby jersey) as a means to continue this journey. It’s called SPRINGBOK AMANDLA.

In 1995 I was sitting in a little turquoise room in the middle of India feeling very emotional…the Springboks had just won the Rugby World Cup….it was so much more then a sports victory for South Africa, it was the symbolic unification of a nation.
