Ingredients

300 g smoked snoek
200 ml smooth cottage cheese
15 ml tomato sauce

1 small onion finely chopped

1 tbles finely chopped fresh cilantro/coriander
freshly ground black pepper

Method

Remove skin and bones from the snoek.

Flake the fish.

Mix everything besides snoek in food processor until blended, then add snoek.

Mix until just blended.

Taste and adjust seasoning.

Goes well with Melba toast
