The South African Hall of Fame has today launched the Official SA Hall of Fame Legacy Song to the public.

The song – sung by Corlea Botha (with an incredibly powerful voice) and written by Johan Vorster – is called ‘100 Years from Now’ (and is similar to Celine Dion’s ‘The Power of Love’).

The SA Hall of Fame said they have decided to launch the song in memory of rugby legend Joost van der Westhuizen, who passed away on Monday after a six-year battle with Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

South Africans around the country and world have been paying tribute to Joost, like the beautiful love heart below, uploaded by Monika Ungerer to facebook: “RIP Joost. You were and will always be a true legend. We (Sondela) made this picture with love. Until we meet in heaven.”
