WATCH Trevor Noah on the Royal Wedding

Watch South African comedian Trevor Noah‘s brilliant take on the royal wedding… which happened to fall on the same day (Saturday 19 May 2018) as Trevor’s first ever UK arena show, at the O2 in London.

One South African who was at the show, Warren Wood, said in a Facebook message to Trevor: “Absolutely brilliant. Loved how you brought the wedding into the show. You are so current.”

Some of Trevor’s quips included “if it was a real black wedding, it would never have ended”, that the “black cellist” cancelled out his blackness by being a cellist, and that “I was glad it was the white side of Meghan’s family” that caused controversy and Daily Mail headlines.
