Two South African filmmakers – Bonne de Bod and Susan Scott – sacrificed everything, including selling their homes, to stop their lives and make a film about the rhino poaching crisis in SA.

The two passionate wildlife enthusiasts carved out six months for the project… but soon found themselves immersed in a world far larger and darker than anything they had imagined. They’ve now emerged four years later with a film that is due to capture the world’s attention. Watch the first trailer below.

Stroop has already received an award, ahead of its world premiere at a film festival in San Francisco next month.
