LIVE UPDATES: SPRINGBOKS’ ROAD TO THE RUGBY WORLD CUP

Etzebeth has amassed 110 Test caps dating back to 2012 when he made his debut for the Springboks, while Orie has 18 Test appearances to his name since his international debut in 2018.

But before these two giants were household names in international rugby, they were just two young blokes at Tygerberg High School, trying to make it big.

A year and a half apart in age, the 31-year-old Etzebeth and the 30-year-old Orie were team-mates long before they were reunited at Springbok level.
