Iqraam Rayners up with Sundowns legends in PSL record books

Mamelodi Sundowns striker Iqraam Rayners has made a name for himself following his goal against Orbit College on Tuesday.
On the day, Sundowns beat Orbit College 2-0 to return to the summit of the Betway Premiership log with 47 points.
Rayners opened the scoring for the Brazilians before Miguel Reisinho doubled the lead from the penalty spot.
Now, this means Orlando Pirates are under pressure to win against Richards Bay FC on Wednesday in order to keep their title dreams alive.

With his goal against Orbit, Rayners took his league tally for the season to 10 goals, equalling Junior Dion of Golden Arrows.
Now, in doing so, the Bafana Bafana marksman became only the fifth player to score 10+ goals in three consecutive seasons, according to OptaJabu.
He did it with Stellenbosch FC in his first of the three seasons while the previous two campaigns have bee with Sundowns.
Interestingly, three of the top five players to have achieved this feat, did it with the Brazilians.

And they are Daniel Mudau and Peter Shalulile (both scored 10+ goals in four consecutive seasons) and Katlego Mphela.
