After her won rather public struggle with her health, South African actress Sophie Ndaba is launching a wellness venture to help others.

South African media personality Sophie Ndaba has taken her recent “glow up” to a whole new level. The former Generations actress has launched a platform to help people struggling with diabetes and other health problems.

In 2018, the star went viral after photos surfaced of her having lost a considerable amount of weight. She then opened up about struggling with both diabetes and depression.

Last year, she resurfaced sporting a healthy glow which left her fans elated. She has since been dubbed the “queen of glow ups.”

In 2018, local actress Sophie Ndaba shocked locals with her drastic weight loss.

Many of her fans voiced their concerns about her health as pictures of the new her went viral. The former Generations star then opened up about being diagnosed with diabetes and battling depression.

In 2023, she once again went viral after sharing photos of herself looking absolutely stunning and much healthier.

HELPING OTHERS

Since then, she has launched a platform to help those who have had similar struggles with diabetes and mental health issues.

Her website and Instagram page, Sophie On Wellness and Diabetes, is filled with posts about the condition and how to better manage it.

In some of the posts, she shares healthy green smoothie ideas, while others are simply motivational words of encouragement.

She also opens up a lot about her relationship with God and how this managed to restore her to good health.

Many South African social media users have voiced their support for Sophie who they have encouraged to keep on doing good.

“She will save a lot of women,” one person wrote while another said:
