Fans are gearing up for the highly anticipated reunion of The Devil Wears Prada cast at the 2024 Screen Actors Guild Awards on Saturday, 24 February.

THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA REUNION

For the 30th annual ceremony, Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, and Emily Blunt will come together once again, gracing the stage as the iconic trio from the famed 2006 fashion drama.

The fashion drama follows new graduate Andy Sachs, played by Anne Hathaway, who lands a job as an assistant to Miranda Priestly, played by Meryl Streep, the demanding editor-in-chief of high fashion magazine, Runway.

Following its release, Meryl Streep earned a SAG Award nomination and an Oscar nomination for her role.

This year, actress Emily Blunt has been nominated for best female actor in a supporting role as well as best cast performance in a motion picture for Oppenheimer.

Meryl Streep is also nominated for best performance by an ensemble in a comedy series in Only Murders in the Building.

‘THIS IS ICONIC’

In a recent joint interview, Emily and Anne opened up about their time working together in The Devil Wears Prada, which turned 18 years old.

As reported by the International News two also shared some nostalgic evergreen quotes, such as, “Is there some reason that my coffee isn’t here? Has she died or something?” and “Can you please spell ‘Gabbana’?”.

When news broke about the scheduled reunion at the SAG awards, many fans took to social media, sharing how excited they were.

“Best Reunion”, one user shared in a tweet to X.

Another user shared “good”, The Devil Wears Prada movie was.

The Devil Wears Prada was such a good movie”, they noted.

“This is ICONIC”, another stated.
