Former Orlando Pirates midfielder hangs up his boots

Swallows midfielder Thandani Ntshumayelo, once of Orlando Pirates, has announced his retirement from football aged 33.

FORMER ORLANDO PIRATES MIDFIELDER NTSHUMAYELO RETIRES

Most recently with Swallows, Thandani “Bibo” Ntshumayelo has been without a club since July 2022. He also represented Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United during a distinguished career in the South African top-flight. He won two DStv Premiership titles, one with Matsatsantsa in 2010 and then again in 2012 with the Buccaneers.

NTSHUMAYELO CALLS TIME ON STELLAR CAREER

The versatile midfield enforcer was without a club since July 2022 after being released by Soweto outfit Swallows. He made his debut for SuperSport United aged 18 and also earned two caps for Bafana Bafana.
