Homeless Americans watch as Afrikaner ‘refugees’ arrive seeking a ‘better life’
A group of homeless Americans looked on in shock as Afrikaner ‘refugees’ arrived in the US, welcomed with a wide range of benefits.

A video showing homeless Americans observing the arrival of the first group of Afrikaner “refugees” in the US has gone viral.
A TikTok user who volunteers to support the homeless shared the clip.
This week, 49 white South Africans landed in the US under President Donald Trump’s asylum initiative
Ironically, Trump’s administration has banned the refugee admissions programme to all other countries until further notice.
HOMELESS WATCH AFRIKANER ‘REFUGEES’ ARRIVE
On his TikTok account @awondthegod3 posted a video of a group of poor Americans he was assisting watching the first group of Afrikaner “refugees” arrive in their country.
In the clip, the Americans shook their heads as they acknowledged that white South Africans would now be collecting a host of benefits, including free housing”.
“What happened to the AMERICA FIRST talk?” he captioned the clip.
The TikToker was referring to President Donald Trump’s “America First” policy, which he promoted during his election campaign last year.
In another clip, @awondthegod3 – who runs a feeding programme – shared another clip of displaced and hungry Americans, adding: “If this administration would like to help out another 8000 suffering people, let them know where we are”.
“Americans need help as well”, he added.
AFRIKANER ‘REFUGEES’: FREE FOOD, PHONES, AND HOUSING
According to the New York Times, Afrikaner “refugees” in the US would be granted a long list of benefits under the resettlement programme.
This included finding “temporary or longer-term housing” and “basic home furnishings, essential household items, and cleaning supplies.”
The “refugees” will also receive “groceries, weather-appropriate clothing, diapers, formula, hygiene products, and prepaid phones that support the day-to-day well-being of the households.”
TRUMP’S SUSPENDED REFUGEE PROGRAMME: FAVOURITISM?
While Afrikaner “refugees” were granted a pass into the US, the Trump administration has indefinitely halted the US Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) to all other countries.
A month before an Executive Order permitting white South Africans to seek asylum in America was signed, the US’s State and Homeland Security paused applications for all refugees into the country.
A month later, the Welcome Corps – a refugee government programme introduced by the Joe Biden administration – was terminated.
On social media, Americans themselves have questioned the rationale behind Trump’s decisions.
