The South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL) issued a notice to road users regarding intermittent closures on the N2 between Makhanda (formerly Grahamstown) and the Fish River Pass.
These closures are due to blasting operations scheduled throughout this month.
SANRAL has outlined specific closure dates for motorists to take note of, including Thursday, 15 February, Monday, 19 February, Thursday, 22 February, and Monday, 26 February.
During these closures, spanning from 3:00 to 18:00, the road will be inaccessible.
