Bafana Bafana striker Lyle Foster is proving to be the team’s most influential player in attack at the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
On Monday, Foster netted his second goal of the tournament as Bafana Bafana beat Zimbabwe 3-2.
The result booked Bafana Bafana a place in the Last 16 of this year’s AFCON tournament.
Now, according to OptaJabu, no player has directly been involved in more goals than Foster.
He has netted two goals and provided two assists in the three games that Bafana Bafana have played so far.
Only Lookman Ademola has the same number of stats as Foster in the entire AFCON teams.
