KAIZER CHIEFS COACHES AND STAFF WORKING AS BALL BOYS

After the controversial expulsion of two reserve team players who refused to work as ball boys last month, Chiefs’ DStv Premiership game against Cape Town Spurs has raised eyebrows.

According to FARPost’s Mthokozisi Dube, Amakhosi employed development coaches and staff as ball boys at the FNB Stadium last night.

“INTERESTING!!! Kaizer Chiefs development coaches and support staff are being used as ball boys in the Cape Town Spurs game,” Dube said via X.

“This comes after several Amakhosi youth players allegedly refused to be ball retrievers in the AmaZulu FC Carling Knockout Cup game.

“Message being sent by the Soweto giants?” he added.

Considering the time of the year, they may have chosen to give junior boys study leave for end-of-year examinations. Additionally, development leagues across the world conclude the season by October.
