Kaizer Chiefs cannot be ruled out in the title race, says Ouaddou
Kaizer Chiefs last won the league in 2015, but Orlando Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou feels they are a threat in the title race this season.

Orlando Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou has revealed the two teams he’s watching closely for league honours.
As things stand, Pirates top the Betway Premiership table with 28 points, and they are followed closely by Mamelodi Sundowns.
And while Sundowns can be seen as direct competitors for Pirates in the title race, Ouaddou said Kaizer Chiefs cannot be ruled out altogether.
Chiefs are currently fourth on the log, four points behind leaders and arch-rivals Pirates.
And Ouaddou is of the view that they are still a threat despite many believing that Chiefs are a struggling team.
Ouaddou said as long as it is mathematically possible then Chiefs cannot be forgotten.

KAIZER CHIEFS CAN STILL WIN THE LEAGUE – OUADDOU
“I’m actually watching two teams… Sundowns and Chiefs,” said Ouaddou to Robert Marawa on 947.
Asked if he really thinks Chiefs might win the league, Ouaddou paused and said: “As long as it is mathematically possible then we don’t have to forget [about] them.
“It is still mathematically open. So, don’t forget [about] them,” he added.

FROM OUTSIDE THE TOP 8 TO WINNING THE LEAGUE?
Kaizer Chiefs would have to mount a very serious challenge if they are indeed hoping to win the league this season.
Should that happen, it would be historic given that Chiefs twice failed to finish inside the top eight bracket in the last two seasons.
The majority of their fans are hoping for Amakhosi to at least qualify for next season’s MTN8 than winning the league.
