Orlando Pirates have seemingly regretted their decision to sign Sinoxolo Kwayiba at the start of the season.

This is because they have now sent the striker back to Chippa United on a permanent deal.

Kwayiba joined Pirates from Chippa United with high huge expectations from the fans after he impressed last term.

However, Kwayiba found the going tough at the Soweto giants as he struggled for regular game time under Abdeslam Ouaddou.

Now, following the arrival Andre de Jongh from Stellenbosch FC, Pirates decided to sell Kwayiba back to Chippa United.

Of course, Kwayiba is not worth what he used to when he was at Chippa United, meaning Pirates might have received a lesser transfer fee.

KWAYIBA’S STRUGGLES AT BUCS WERE REAL

Kwayiba, despite coming in highly rated, could only manage four appearances across all competitions for Pirates this season.

He leaves Pirates with neither a goal nor an assist to his name as he only managed to play just 48 minutes for the club.

It was at Chippa United where Kwayiba, 25, really enjoyed his football. He had scored 12 goals in 43 matches before joining Pirates.
