British Prime Minister Theresa May’s three-day tour of Africa will probably be remembered for three main things – she announced that Britain will support South Africa’s land reform as long as it is legal and fair, said Britain will use Aid budget to boost trade in Africa; and she boogied whenever she could!
Her (slightly awkward!) dance moves are now featuring on a YouTube video with a split screen, comparing her to Rowan Atkinson’s Mr Bean character! Watch below.
From the moment the British PM arrived on Tuesday – she danced with students at a school in Cape Town, and on Thursday May made international headlines when she danced with Kenyan scouts at the United Nations’ Nairobi campus (for the launch of an initiative to inspire young people to combat single-use plastic pollution).
May’s trip was aimed at strengthening trade ties between Britain and Africa.
Keira Savage, who uploaded the May/Bean video said: “UK Prime minister Theresa May has a dance off with Mr Bean. I think Mr Bean wins this round.”
