The Springboks are currently in camp in Cape Town ahead of what is a busy Test schedule, culminating in the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France.

With no matches scheduled this coming weekend for the Stormers and Bulls in the United Rugby Championship (URC) or European Rugby Champions Cup, it was the perfect time to sweat a little.
