Jamie Foxx claims alleged sexual assault ‘never happened’

American actor and singer Jamie Foxx has denied all allegations of sexual assault that was made against him.

American actor and singer Jamie Foxx, who is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a New York City rooftop bar, is denying all claims of the alleged sexual assault.

‘THE ALLEGED INCIDENT NEVER HAPPENED’

A spokesperson for Jamie Foxx noted that the alleged incident “never happened”.

“The alleged incident never happened,” a spokesperson for Foxx told Page Six on Thursday, 23 November.

The spokesperson continued: “In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter”.

The representative further alleged that they are confident that these claims will be dismissed again, they added, “The claims are no more viable today than they were then. We are confident they will be dismissed again”.

Jamie Foxx’s spokesperson also noted that the actor will be pursuing legal action against his alleged accuser.

“Mr. Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her attorneys for re-filing this frivolous action”.

JAMIE FOXX ACCUSED OF SEXUAL ASSAULT

On Wednesday, 22 November an unnamed woman filed a lawsuit against Foxx accusing him of sexually assaulting her at a rooftop bar, Catch NYC & Roof in August 2015.

She has claimed that Jamie Foxx pulled her by the arm to the back area of the rooftop, where he allegedly placed both hands on her waist, moved them under her top and started rubbing her without her consent.

The woman claims that she was injured and allegedly had to undergo medical treatment for emotional suffering and pain she endured as a result of the “sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery.”

The woman is suing Jamie Foxx, the rooftop bar and its employees for compensatory and punitive damages.
