Lerato’s hubby Thami Ndlela locked in eviction battle
Lerato Kganyago’s husband, Thami Ndlela, is reportedly fighting eviction after his landlord kicked him out before his lease could expire.
Thami Ndlela, who is married to media personality Lerato Kganyago, is reportedly embroiled in a nasty eviction battle with his landlord, Urban Mountains.
The businessman and property owner had been renting the property at 14 on Hillell Northcliff, which is located next to his hotel 12 On Hillell Villa and Spa, when he made improvements worth R1.3 million.

However, he is now allegedly being kicked out before the expiry of his three year lease agreement which he entered into in August 2021.
Ndlela has reportedly hit back through the South Gauteng High Court, saying Urban Mountains and its director were failing to pay its debts to its creditors.

He allegedly asked the court to investigate the company’s finances and liquidate it as he says he has sent several letters to the landlord demanding payment of R1.3 million owed to his company, but said he has not received a response. Ndlela is said to have argued that Urban Mountains had no other assets which could be used to cover his and other creditors’ debts.
According to the court papers, his landlord, agreed that he makes the renovations, which included wall between 12 on Hillell Villa and Spa and 14 on Hillel, a swimming pool, hiring land surveyors, engineers, installing gabions and building the guard house.

LERATO SHOWS OFF HER HUSBAND
Despite their financial war, the Ndlelas are still living their best lives.
During her recent Instagram Live session, Lerato – who is also a DJ – showed off her man while on vacation in Monaco, France.
In a video on her social media platforms, she showed off her husband’s legs as he walked ahead of her whilst at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel and Resort.

The couple got married in 2020 after two months of dating.
