In new court documents singer Teyana Taylor accused her estranged husband of failing to care for their two children.

In a new court filing American singer and actress Teyana Taylor has accused her husband Iman Shumpert of smoking marijuana and being under the influence around their two young daughters.

TEYANA TAYLOR ACCUSES IMAN OF FAILING TO CARE FOR THEIR CHILDREN

According to the court documents obtained by media outlet TMZ, Teyana Taylor accused Iman of failing to care for their children.

“[Iman Shumpert] consistently fails to properly care for the minor children”, the filling read.

In the filling Teyana noted that her estranged husband failed to properly care for their two children eight-year-old Junie and three-year-old Rue. The Gonna Love Me singer also alleges that Iman was also smoking weed around the girls as well as under the influence when they’re in his care.

Teyana also shared that her estranged husband often failed to feed the girls while they were in their family home.

“[He was] failing to feed them despite being in the [marital residence] with the minor children, smoking marijuana and being under the influence while caring for the minor children”, the court documents continued.

‘A CLEAR DISREGARD FOR THE SAFETY OF THE MINOR CHILDREN’

Additionally, the singer claims that her ex allegedly placed the children alone in a rideshare and had them dropped off at the United Center in Chicago while he had a separate driver take him to the arena.

“Iman place our minor daughters in a rideshare in Chicago, which resulted in the minor children being dropped off at the United Center in general population while he utilized the services of a private driver”.

The filling continued: “Respondent consistently demonstrates a clear disregard for the safety of the minor children”.
