A Japanese man has made headlines after he spent thousands of Japanese yen to fulfull his life long dream of becoming a dog. In clips which have since gone viral on Twitter, the man can be seen testing his border collie dog suit which looks bizarrely realistic.

Many in the comment section couldn’t understand why he would spend so much money to become a dog while others appear to be proud of him for following his dreams — even though it is so bizarre.

MAN SPENDS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO BECOME A DOG

Everyone has goals, wishes and dreams for themselves. While most people just want a beautiful family and a nice house, a Japanese man wants to be an animal.

According to reports, the man has spent $20k (around R359k) to make the perfect dog suit.

The man who is known only by his Twitter handle @toco, reportedly paid a costume company called Zeppit to make the rough-collie dog suit for him to inhabit.

Videos of the “human dog” interacting with people and doing dog tricks have garnered millions of views online.

The man also created a YouTube channel with a description that reads, “I wanted to be an animal, so I became a collie!”

TWEEPS LOVE IT

While some found the whole thing pretty strange, others commended him for following his dreams. Of course a lot of jokes were also made in the comment section.

“everyday we stray further and further from gods grace,” one person said while another wrote:

“Imagine petting this thing for an hour only to realize it was never a dog to begin with.”
