PowerBall jackpot: Lucky Friday the 13th for some player?

There were no winners of Tuesday’s PowerBall jackpot, meaning the prize pool has rolled over once again ahead of the next draw on Friday, 13 March.
Operators of the ITHUBA, which runs the South African National Lottery, have confirmed that the PowerBall jackpot now stands at a guaranteed R93 million.
Meanwhile, the PowerBall Plus jackpot has climbed to R42 million, bringing the total potential prize money to R135 million.

How to play PowerBall
To enter the main PowerBall draw, players must select:
- Five numbers from 1 to 50
- One PowerBall number from 1 to 20
Each entry board costs R5.00.
PowerBall has produced some of the biggest lottery jackpots in South Africa’s history. The largest payout, R232 131 750.69, was won by a single ticket holder on 19 February 2019.
PowerBall Plus offers a second chance
Players can also opt into PowerBall Plus, which uses the same selected numbers as the main draw.
