FULL LIST: More Orlando Pirates players set to depart

Ahead of the new season, there has been plenty of transfer movement at Orlando Pirates, with players coming and going as the Soweto giants look to build a squad capable of competing for trophies once again.

This past week, Pirates announced that the club has reached an agreement with Maritzburg United for the services of Karim Kimvuidi.

Just recently it was confirmed that Sphamandla Gumede – from ABC Motsepe League club Dondol Stars – is set to make a move to the Buccaneers as well.

The club has also swooped in to secure the services of Lesedi Kapinga ahead of the 2023/24 season.

Furthermore, earlier this month, Pirates officially welcomed the signings of Sephelo Baloni (Cape Town All Stars), Katlego Otladisa (Marumo Gallants), Melusi Buthelezi (TS Galaxy) and Patrick Maswanganyi (SuperSport United).

ORLANDO PIRATES ALSO BID FAREWELL TO A HANDFUL OF PLAYERS

Meanwhile, as Pirates have welcomed some players into the team ranks, they have also bid farewell to others.

The Soweto side has confirmed the departures of Terrence Dzvukamanja, Ntsako Makhubela, Craig Martin, Nkanyiso Zungu, Kopano Thuntsane and Ndumiso Mabena.

According to Transfermarkt, Pirates are still set to let go of several more players.

Kwame Peprah: Expected to have contract terminated

Ronaldo Maarman: Set to return to Chippa on loan

Thabiso Sesane: Set for a loan spell with Chippa or Golden Arrows

Gumede: Likely to be loaned to NFD club Orbit College

Tshegofatso Mabasa: Possible loan to Swallows
