Grandparents have sex, even though it’s not something that most younger people like to think about. Older people still have intercourse, and might even have very active sex lives well past their sixties, seventies, or eighties.

GRANDPARENTS AND SEX

According to Psychology Today, the older population (65+) say that they are still having sex.

Older people want to have more sex, grandparents included. Age doesn’t mean that people are getting intimate less, but that grandparents might have more of a need to get intimate at their age.

Just because younger netizens don’t want to think about it, does not mean gogo has stopped getting it on.

Healthy sex is important for mental and physical health.

According to Mayo Clinic sexual health is just as important for the aged (and yes, for grandparents). Grandparents aged 70 to 80 are still in need of human connection and sexual health, just as much as their younger counterparts.

There is no age at which someone suddenly stops thinking about intimacy just because they’re older.

How often do grandparents do their thing?

According to Medical News Today, estimates indicate that most people – even older grandparents – have sex at least three times per month.

Some people may report more frequent intimacy, and some less.

For the older population, it can depend on whether someone is along, partnered up, or widowed. Websites like Grindr and Tinder just don’t cater to the older population.
