All the rugby on TV this weekend and how to watch

There will be eight URC matches going down this weekend alongside the two Rugby World Cup semi-finals in France.

The Rugby World Cup winds towards its conclusion just as the United Rugby Championship (URC) is also set to kick off this weekend.

The Springboks will take on England on Saturday evening from 21:00 in the second Rugby World Cup semi-final.

The match will be broadcast live on SuperSport and also on SABC 2 and streaming on SABC Plus.

HOW TO WATCH URC AND RWC THIS WEEKEND

First up to start the weekend though is the All Blacks showdown with Argentina at the Stade De France on Friday night.

While the SABC will broadcast the Springboks semi-final, all other matches will go out exclusively on SuperSport.

Saturday sees the URC kick-off with Zebre Parma hosting Ulster in the early start from 14:00.

Three matches will either run parralel or overlap considerably with Connacht vs Ospreys kicking off at 16:00 followed by Dragons vs Edinburgh at 16:05 and the first match involving South African teams, Lions vs Stormers also starts at five past four.

Cardiff and Benetton will take over at 18:15, while the Sharks are in Limerick to face Munster at the same time.

After having your fill of URC appetisers, the main event on Saturday will be the Springboks showdown with England.

On Sunday we have another pair of URC matches to round off the weekend with the Bulls hosting the Scarlets from 15:00 followed by Glasgow vs Leinster from 17:00.

Some URC matches can be watched through free-to-air options in Europe with the aid of a VPN.
