Springboks captain Siya Kolisi revealed that his operation went well and he will be returning to rugby soon via an Instagram post on Tuesday, 5 March.

SIYA KOLISI: ‘OPERATION WENT WELL’

Rugby star Siya Kolisi, who plays for Paris-based club Racing92, revealed that he had an operation on his arm, and it went well. Taking to Instagram, Siya also revealed that his first meal after the operation was a baguette. He also thanked his wife, Rachel Kolisi.

“Operation went well! Will be back soon 💪🏾. First meal after 🥖 ☺️ merci @rachelkolisi,” he captioned the post.

It is unclear what happened to Siya for him to have needed an operation.
