Teenage Hadebe returns to Europe following US stint

Former Kaizer Chiefs star defender, Teenage Hadebe has returned to Europe following a two-and-a-half year stint in the US.

Former Kaizer Chiefs star defender Teenage Hadebe has completed his return to Europe following a two-and-a-half-year stint in the US.

Hadebe has joined Turkish outfit Konyaspor on a short-term deal with an option to stay beyond the expiry of the contract in June.

The 29-year-old centre-back was a free agent following his recent departure from Major League Soccer (MLS) side Houston Dynamo FC.

TEENAGE HADEBE JOINS MANYAMA’S FORMER CLUB

Hadebe previously played for Malatyaspor in Turkey following his transfer from Kaizer Chiefs in 2017.

Interestingly, he is joining the club previously played by another former Chiefs player in Lebogang Manyama.

Manyama had an unsuccessful stint with Konyaspor before returning to the PSL to sign with the Soweto giants.
