Thembinkosi Lorch confirms Sundowns official jersey number

Thembinkosi Lorch has confirmed his official jersey number for new club Mamelodi Sundowns as he starts against Orlando Pirates.

Sundowns are at home against the Buccaneers in the two teams’ first match of the year, and kick-off is at 20:00.

THEMBINKOSI LORCH TO WEAR JERSEY NUMBER 45 AT SUNDOWNS

Now, Lorch has been handed jersey No.45 by Sundowns, meanin it will be the first time he plays a league match without the No.3 jersey in his career.

The reason Lorch cannot use the No.3 jersey is that it’s already occupied at Sundowns – Rushine de Reuck is using the number at the moment.

Should Lorch wish to wear the famous No.3 jersey, he will then have to talk to De Reuck to see if he is willing to handed it over to him.
