Vincent Pule might join Thembinkosi Lorch at Sundowns

Orlando Pirates winger Vincent Pule is rumoured to be considering a move to Sundowns despite signing a two-year contract extension.

Orlando Pirates winger Vincent Pule may move to Mamelodi Sundowns by the end of the season, according to reports.

The Buccaneers have already lost Thembinkosi Lorch to the same club last month.

Although Pule signed a new two-year contract with the Sea Robbers earlier this season, there are rumours that he could be leaving the team.

Sundowns have been interested in the winger for a while, and with the acquisition of Lorch, it seemed like their pursuit was over.

VINCENT PULE TO LEAVE PIRATES FOR SUNDOWNS?

According to Soccer Laduma, the ex-Bidvest Wits star is still on the Brazilians’ wanted list’.

It’s true that he just signed a long-term contract last year which runs until June 2025 and has a one-year option but the way things are now he would be the next big player to leave Pirates.

“His move out of Pirates is good as done. He could have left in January or even before but there were other reasons why the move stopped. Sundowns and SuperSport were some of the teams that were interested in him,” a source told Soccer Laduma.

The 31-year-old winger has played only seven matches for the Buccaneers this season.
