Here’s a timelapse video of the popular Highland Gathering held at De La Salle Holy Cross College in Victory Park, Johannesburg, on Saturday, 27 May.

The highlight is the marching of the massed bands – a group of over 200 pipers and drummers marching across the school fields, playing Flower of Scotland and Amazing Grace.

This year the bands celebrated 45 years of making music.
