Forté Entertainment is currently casting for the second season of HOW I GOT HERE, a documentary TV series where second-generation Americans and Canadians embark on the adventure of a lifetime: travelling with a parent back to their country of origin to explore their culture, immerse themselves in local customs, and reunite with loved ones. And they’re looking for a South African child (15-25) and their parent (or grandparent) to take part!

“We are looking for children 15 – 25 years old who were born in America or Canada (or moved when they were young), and a parent or grandparent who was born in South Africa, to go on an all-expenses-paid, once-in-a-lifetime trip together,” Story Producer Stephanie Thompson told SAPeople.
