Cape Town is famous for many things – from the mountain to the sea – but not for having Jacaranda trees. That accolade is reserved for Pretoria and Johannesburg. According to Ted, the Western Cape’s trees flower later than those in Gauteng, but no less beautifully. “The Jacarandas in Cape Town seems to be more abundant and lusher than usual this year,” says Ted. “Get out and see them while they last…”
