South African rugby legend Siya Kolisi has teamed up with SA Tourism UK to produce an advert that showcases the very best of South Africa. And whilst it’s aimed at the Brits, it’s very likely to lure many SA expats home for the holidays!
The spectacular ad features everything from safaris to surfing, sunrises to sunsets and landscapes from Mpumalanga to Cape Town.
Kolisi says: “In 2019 the world saw our best. But where does our best come from?” He says SA’s best can be found in unexpected places and that “the very best our country has to offer is always just beyond the obvious… but never out of reach.”
South African Tourism UK says that SA delivers an unforgettable experience because of its warm people and unmatched hospitality. Nobody represents this better than rugby superstar Siya Kolisi with his “openness to others, incredible talent, and dedication to making a positive impact in the community.”
SA Tourism is unlikely to battle to convince British tourists to visit South Africa. Last month thousands of UK Telegraph Travel readers voted South Africa the Greatest Country on Earth to visit!
