Good news bakkie fans, the 2024 Toyota Hilux has broken cover down under. The South African received these images and information from the Toyota Australia press room.

And while their images do clearly state ‘overseas pre-production model’; our fingers are crossed that the production bakkie will wear the same sharp lines when it debuts later this year. In the release, the Japanese manufacturer says the 2024 Toyota Hilux will feature significant design updates and the introduction of 48-Volt technology. “It features rugged style with a refreshed front-end design that gives an even more muscular look to the most popular double-cab variants,” says Toyota Australia.
