FANCY PEPPERMINT CRISP TART TIPS

The recipe has all the classic ingredients like caramel treat, whipped cream, Tennis Biscuits and peppermint crisp chocolates. You can however change the crust by either stacking the biscuits or making a classic crushed biscuit and melted butter mixture which depends on how you’re serving it. They are best made the day before as they need to be set a bit in the fridge and it actually stores very well in the fridge for a few days. Garnish with some fresh mint leaves with the chocolate bits.
