SOUTH AFRICAN RUGBY COACH, JACQUES NIENABER’S AGE REVEALED

Jacques Nienaber was born on 16 October 1972, meaning that he will be turning 51 on his birthday next month.

WHERE IS THE SPRINGBOK COACH FROM?

 He grew up in a small town in Welkom in the northern Free State.

EDUCATION/SCHOOLING

According to Ruby World, Nienaber attended Grey College in Bloemfontein. The school is said to be famous for producing up to 46 Springboks in its time. Nienaber is said to have never imagined that he would end up being a rugby coach. Instead, he had pursued his dreams of being a physiotherapy which is what he studied at the University of the Free State.

“I always loved rugby, enjoyed rugby, and played rugby, but I played for the seventh team at Grey,” BBC quoted him as saying.

JACQUES NIENABER’S FAMILY

The successful rugby is married to Elmarie and the couple have two children together, Carlo and Lila.

WHO ARE THE SPRINGBOKS PLAYING IN THE RUGBY WORLD CUP GAME AGAINST IRELAND?

There were 13 changes made since the Springboks beat Romania 76-0 in the last Rugby World Cup game on Sunday, Rugby World reported. The 15 players that were chosen to play in the upcoming, highly anticipated game against Ireland include: Springbok captain Siya Kolisi, Faf de Klerk, Eben Etzebeth, Cheslin Kolbe, Damian Willemse; Kurt-Lee Arendse, Jese Kriel, Damina de Allende; Manie Libbok, Steven Kitshoff, Bongi Mbonambi, Frans Malherbe, Franco Mostert; Pieter-Steph du Toit, and Jasper Wiese.
