Mamelodi Sundowns pretty much own every conceivable PSL record, but there’s one more they will be gunning for before the 2023/2024 DStv Premiership season wraps up.

Mamelodi Sundowns currently have 63 log points from 25 matches this season, thanks to 19 wins and six draws.

Masandawana currently own the record for points earned in a PSL season that contained 16 teams (30 matches).

That record stands at 71 points which the Tshwane giants set in winning the title in the 2015/2016 season.

With five matches still remaining in the season, Mamelodi Sundowns could pick up as many as 15 more points, finishing the season on a whopping 78.

However, they only require another nine points from the matches below to break their old record – and rewrite the PSL history books once again.

Don’t bet against them doing so!
