The Black Coffee Penthouse is one of the most expensive suites at the Hallmark House Hotel.

The hotel charges R25 000 a night for the two-bedroomed penthouse. The Citizen has it that DJ Black Coffee owns the R6 million penthouse.

The penthouse makes up the most impressive feat of the Hallmark House building.

The award-winning DJ partnered with interior architect Tristan du Plessis to design the penthouse.

Well, let’s dive into Black Coffe’s penthouse. It’s an extravagant voguish double-story suite with a modern sophistication akin to a museum. It boasts a gym and a cinema room.

Of interest is the fact that it has its recording studio. The 250sqm penthouse offers two open-plan living rooms, fully furnished with hand-crafted furniture and art.

The two-bedroomed penthouse also serves as a rentable venue for events and stays. However, according to the hotel, the penthouse has three bathrooms and can sleep six people with one additional bed provided. Other amenities include:

  • Local art for vibrancy African Ginger and Maxhosa
  • Tagged carpets
  • Mini bar
  • 24hr security

However, their architectural works at the penthouse won them an award in 2022. With his career growing in leaps and bounds, the DJ has spread his wings into several business ventures, including interior design.

Apart from his penthouse, he owns a sprawling estate in Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Since he made Europe his playground rumour mill, has it that the Grammy award-winning DJ owns a mansion in Los Angels.
