The Stormers will have an opportunity to defend their United Rugby Championship title after securing their second successive home final following their victory against Connacht, and Munster’s surprise win over Leinster in Dublin, in the semi-finals a fortnight ago.
The Stormers, as the highest ranked team in the Grand Final, will thus host the all-important match at the Cape Town Stadium this coming Saturday at 18:30 (SA time).

Stormers as well as the URC confirmed that all the tickets that were up for sale were sold out in under three hours.
That ticketing announcement means that this fixture will be a record attendance for the Cape side and for URC Grand Final.
This comes after Stormers and Munster fans alike were left frustrated as they attempted to get navigate the TicketPro website, but the page kept crashing.
Only tickets purchased via Ticketpro will be valid at the stadium, tickets purchased from Viagogo or any other third party will not be valid.
