MAKE THE CIRCLE BIGGER: A NEW ‘ROYAL’ SUSSEX FAMILY MEMBER FOR PRINCE HARRY AND MEGHAN MARKLE

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently welcomed a new member to the family.

According to a social media post by their famous pal, Ellen DeGeneres, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex took in Sinkie, one of her chickens.

The comedian and TV host took to Instagram to reveal that a chicken from her coop has joined a far more prestigious family. But she was unsure if the chick would now get a royal title.

DeGeneres has been known to share regular updates from her chicken coop and previously posted about one of her chickens that suffered an injury and needed to be relocated because of how her fellow chickens were treating her, The Mirror reports.

“Sinkie’s leg is fixed, but our chickens were still picking on her so she had to be re-homed,” her Instagram post read. “Luckily our friends Harry and Meghan’s coop had room for one more. Not sure yet what her royal title will be. Thanks Dr Christine Sellers for your excellent care of Sinkie.”

In 2021, Harry and Meghan showed Oprah their chicken coop, aptly named “Archie’s Chick Inn.” It was named in honour of their eldest son, Prince Archie, and filled with chickens the couple rescued from a factory farm, MailOnline reports.

HER ROYAL ‘HENNESS’?

Fans of the royal couple and DeGeneres were quick to comment their royal name ideas.

“her Henness,” one fan commented on the post. “Lady clucks a lot,” another added.

One suggested “Princess Sinkie, the Duchess of Yolk,” while another wrote “Duchess of Susseggs.”
