Tiffany Haddish arrested again for driving under the influence

American comedian and actor Tiffany Haddish has been arrested under the suspicion of driving under the influence in Beverly Hills, on Friday 24 November.

TIFFANY HADDISH ARRESTED FOR DUI

According to media outlet TMZ Lieutenant Chris Coulter of the Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed that the comedian was arrested on the suspicion of DUI charges.

It has also been noted that around 5:45 am Tiffany fell asleep behind the wheel in the middle of Beverly Drive.

Police offers eventually responded to the scene where she peacefully accepted her arrest. According to TMZ, the actress will be cited for DUI and was later released.

Haddish performed at The Laugh Factory in West Hollywood Thursday evening for the club’s 43rd annual free Thanksgiving feast for the community. There Tiffany was performed onstage and helped serve participants, with local TV news capturing the festive event.

For 43 years the comedy club has hosted free Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for anyone in need.

ARRESTED IN GEORGIA

This is unfortunately not Tiffany’s first offense. She was also arrested on the suspicion of driving under the influence in Georgia in 2022.

According to a statement by the local police department, Tiffany Haddish was arrested after driving into the yard of a residence in Peachtree City, Georgia.

Officers had received a report around 2:30 a.m. of a driver asleep at the wheel on Highway 74, according to the statement. Police located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop, after which Haddish was arrested.

Police officers at the time suspected that she had been smoking marijuana. Tiffany Haddish was then released after posting a $1,666 (R31 331) bail.
