Chiefs hunt for a new coach: Mosimane must be the man!
A former Chiefs player has suggested that highly regarded coach Pitso Mosimane is the best and only option for Amakhosi.
Chiefs are on the hunt for a new coach after the club fired Molefi Ntseki in October, and the search is clearly going far and wide.

The latest reports suggest that Brazilian coach Alexandre Gallo, who is currently serving as a team co-ordinator with Brazilian Serie A club Santos in Sao Paulo, is now firmly in the crosshairs of Kaizer Chiefs.
It remains to be seen whether anything will come of this talk, especially considering a variety of different people have already been linked with the job, while there may not necessarily be a huge rush to replace caretaker coach Cavin Johnson until the right man is found.

MOSIMANE THE MAN FOR THE CHIEFS?
With everything in mind, former Bafana Bafana and Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Brian Baloyi has said everything should be done to secure the services of Pitso Mosimane, who is now unattached after leaving United Arab Emirates side Al Wahda.
“He’s at the top of my list. In fact he’s my number one, two, three and four for the Chiefs position. I don’t see anyone else who is more suitable,” Baloyi was quoted as saying by Sowetan.
“If you want to make a statement and show that you’re serious about rebuilding the team, then go and get Pitso. Break the bank for him,” he added.

JOHNSON WILL PLAY A BIG PART IN THE NEXT COACHING DECISION
Kaizer Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung has provided recent details into how the succession planning is going.
“He [Johnson] will be part of the journey [to appoint a new coach],” Motaung said as per Sowetan Live.
“Remember we brought him here with a vision of development, to stabilise the technical affairs and head the youth and scouting [departments]. But he is a qualified head coach so when this thing happened [of Ntseki being fired], we asked him to be interim coach.
“We have to have the same vision. Imagine we hire a Brazilian coach and he brings in his own philosophy which is not in line with our development. Coach Johnson knows our vision because it’s long-term.
“The future depends on the success of the first team and everything must follow through.”
