Mamelodi Sundowns concluded a R103 million signing spree in the January transfer window. Here’s how they could line them up.

DStv Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns are so insatiable. Four new top players have arrived at Chloorkop.

MAMELODI SUNDOWNS SIGN FOUR NEW PLAYERS

As confirmed by the club known as Kabo Yellow last month, Sundowns sealed serious business that inlcuded the headline deal of Lorch from Orlando Pirates.

Coach Rulani Mokwena later explained that the club was reducing its average from near 30 to early 20s.

Sundowns first signed the right-back Zuko Mdutyelwa from Chippa United, followed by the Argentine midfielder Matías Esquivel, Tashreeq Matthews from IK Sirius and Lorch.

NEW STARTING LINE-UP

With 10 Sundowns players set to go on leave after Afcon 2023, the new faces are likely to get into the team immediately.

Expected starting line-up: Reyaad Pieterse, Bathusi Aubaas, Zuko Mdutyelwa, Rushine De Rueck, Abdelmounaim Boutouil, Matías Esquivel, Marcelo Allende, Tashreeq Matthews, Thembinkosi Lorch, Lucas Ribeiro and Peter Shalulile.

Sundowns are set to take on Pirates at the Loftus Versveld on Saturday, 17 February at 20:00.
