Orlando Pirates legend calls for Jose Riveiro SACKING!
Jose Riveiro has ‘reached the ceiling’ and it’s time for him and his Orlando Pirates technical team to walk according to a club legend
Orlando Pirates legend Benedict ‘Tso’ Vilakazi believs the club’s management have to take a bold decision regarding head coach Jose Riveiro.
Riveiro’s time is up in Mayfair after a horrific start to their league campaign according to Vilakazi.

Jose Riveiro’s side have picked up just nine points from their opening eight matches and sit in 13th position on the log standings.
Orlando Pirates also suffered a shock cup loss over the weekend at the hands of Richards Bay, and Vilakazi believes the technical team have nothing to offer the club going forward.

ORLANDO PIRATES LEGEND CALLS FOR DRASTIC COACHING CHANGES
“You can’t struggle to win with such players. I think the management is just scared to say the coach has lost his touch.” – Vilakazi told KickOff.
“Orlando Pirates’ problem is their technical team as a whole, when Fadlu Davids left, we still kept Mandla Ncikazi as an assistant coach. I don’t understand why, as they both failed.
“Pirates need to get a new coach who will bring his own technical team. Riveiro and his technical team have now reached the ceiling, they can’t help us any further. They have exhausted all their plans, we need a new brain, new personnel, people who will come with new ideas.”

“It’s not easy, you can see we play Wednesday and weekend. So, it’s not easy. We just need to recover well so that we can focus on another game.” the Orlando Pirates star said as quoted by FarPost.
“When it comes to the game, I think we started very well. We created a lot of chances you know. Like the coach told us before, the last game that we played against Cape Town Spurs we didn’t start well. Today, we had to start well. It’s just that we didn’t convert our chances.”

“The league is the most important competition, it goes without saying,” Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro said as quoted by TimesLive.
“Thirty games, 15 away and home against everyone in every circumstance, hot and raining. So, it’s the most important competition and we really want to find our rhythm there.”
