1. RIHANNA

With a net worth of f $1.4 billion (estimated at R27.8 billion), Rihanna has multiple reasons to smile. According to Forbes, the soon-to-be mom of two is the richest musician and the second wealthiest female entertainer, after Oprah, who is reportedly worth $2.5 billion. Apart from her singing career, Fenty Beauty generated more than $550 million in sales in 2020, the publication reports.

2. KANYE WEST

He might be known for his controversial rantings, but Kanye West’s bank balance cements him as the second wealthiest musician. According to Forbes, his net worth was estimated at $2 billion (about R36.3 billion) in 2022, but he lost $1.5 (about R27 billion) after the termination of his Adidas partnership. Fast forward to April this year, and he is back on the 2023 billionaires list with a net worth of $1 billion (about R18 billion), according to CBS News. His net worth reportedly comprises cash, real estate, the value of his music, and his stake in ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s shapewear brand, Skims.

3. MADONNA

According to Celebrity Net Worth, the original Material Girl is worth a whopping $850 million (about R15 billion). Since her second album, Like a Virgin, in 1984, Madonna has released ten more albums and set multiple sales and chart records, the publication reports.

Her Sticky & Sweet Tour is reportedly the highest-grossing tour by a solo artist in history.

4. CELINE DION
